1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, you should update your account information without delay.

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. uk999 staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately and change your credentials.

• Account sharing between individuals is not permitted.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to access the platform or interact with games is prohibited.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account balances on uk999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets where available.

When making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and that the payment method you are using is registered in your name or is otherwise legitimately under your control. uk999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources on behalf of another person.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. uk999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals are paid to a payment method registered in your name that matches your account details.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not completed KYC, you may be required to submit documentation before your first withdrawal is processed.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used for a deposit on your account, or to a verified account in your name.

Repeated withdrawal requests of very small amounts may be consolidated or subject to a minimum threshold at uk999's discretion to manage processing costs fairly for all players.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

uk999 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and event-specific promotions tied to Pakistan Super League, T20 cricket seasons and other occasions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before opting in.

General bonus rules that apply to all uk999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The game contribution breakdown is listed in each promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses and free spins are subject to an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds will be forfeited when the bonus expires.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not automatically grant a new bonus unless stated otherwise.

7 Gameplay Rules

uk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system error. If a void is applied, the staked amount is returned to your balance. No additional compensation is paid in connection with a voided bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on uk999. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.

• Attempting to exploit system errors, game bugs or misconfigured odds for financial gain.

If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and the balance handled in accordance with the findings.

You may close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting uk999 support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure that is not subject to ongoing wagering requirements will be paid out to your registered payment method upon request.

12 Limitation of Liability
